U.S. Embassy’s Chief of Public Affairs Jen McAndrew participated in the opening ceremony of the international symposium “Armenia, the United States, and Regional Transformations in Eurasia: Advancing Transnational Understanding”.Yerevan State University and Arizona State University with funding from the U.S. Embassy organized the symposium. On December 2 and 3, 2022, American Studies Center YSU organizes International Symposium “Armenia, the United States, and Regional Transformation in Eurasia: Advancing Transnational Understanding” dedicated to the field of American studies, in particular, the United States-Eurasia region dialogue and the development of U.S.-Armenia relations in that context. Representatives of the US Embassy in Armenia, speakers from the partner Arizona State University, foreign guests, American Studies Center YSU employees, students of the American Studies MA educational program, researchers and teaching staff, as well as speakers from other universities (Brusov State University, Armenia, Russian (Slavic) University) will participate in the international conference.
